Terms and Conditions

By using Karuna India, you agree to follow these terms and provide accurate information while creating, supporting or managing campaigns.

User Responsibility

Users must provide true account details, campaign information, documents and payout details. Campaign owners are responsible for the truthfulness of campaign claims and proper use of funds.

KYC Requirement

KYC and document verification may be required before campaign publishing, donation settlement or payout processing. Karuna India may approve, reject, pause or request additional documents.

Campaign Review

Karuna India may remove or restrict suspicious, misleading, illegal, duplicate or incomplete campaigns. Marketplace visibility is subject to platform review and policy.

Platform Fee

Karunaa Solutions LLP may charge a platform commission, currently 5%, plus applicable payment gateway charges.

Donations and Refunds

Donations are generally final. Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate payments, technical errors or verified campaign issues.

Limitation

Karuna India facilitates fundraising but does not guarantee campaign outcomes, donation amounts or use of funds by campaign owners.
