Donations made through Karuna India are generally final because funds are intended to support campaign beneficiaries and verified needs.
When Refunds May Be Reviewed
- Duplicate payment by the same donor.
- Technical error during payment processing.
- Failed or incomplete payment that was still debited.
- Verified campaign issue reviewed by Karuna India support.
Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed based on payment gateway records, donation status and campaign records. Additional information may be requested from the donor or campaign owner.
Processing Time
If approved, refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or UPI provider.
