How campaign donations are processed on Karuna India

Razorpay Route payment flow
Karuna India uses Razorpay Route payment infrastructure for campaign donation handling. Donations received for a campaign are designed to be routed to the campaigner after applicable platform fee, payment gateway charges and statutory deductions, as per the settlement and transfer process.
Campaigner transaction visibility
All campaigners on Karuna India go through the Razorpay Route linked-account process for donation settlement, and may receive Razorpay account or onboarding communication to view relevant transaction and settlement information.
Karuna India also maintains donation records inside the platform dashboard for campaign and review.
Donation-based support
Karuna India is not a loan provider. Donations are voluntary public support and do not create a repayment obligation for campaigners.
Admin review
Campaigns may be reviewed for category, documents, KYC status, payment readiness and platform rules before being promoted publicly.
Records and receipts
Donation records and receipts are maintained to support transparency between donors, campaigners and the platform.
