Child Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Karuna India is committed to maintaining a safe and trusted platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or behavior that harms, exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
These standards apply to the Karuna India mobile app, website, users, fundraisers, donors, campaign creators, comments, uploaded content, communication and any other user activity on our platform.
- Zero Tolerance Policy
Karuna India strictly prohibits:
- Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting or distributing exploitative content involving children
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking or attempts to exploit minors
- Any campaign, image, text, message, link, or user activity that endangers children
- Any content or behavior that violates child protection laws
Any violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
- Content Review and Enforcement
Karuna India may review campaigns, images, documents, user reports and other platform activity to detect and prevent harmful or illegal content. If CSAE or CSAM-related content is identified, we will take prompt action, including removing the content, restricting the account and preserving relevant information where legally required.

Users can report any suspected child safety violation, CSAE, CSAM, abusive campaign, suspicious content or illegal activity through:

Reports are reviewed seriously and appropriate action is taken as soon as possible.
- CSAM Handling
Karuna India does not allow child sexual abuse material in any form. If confirmed CSAM or CSAE-related activity is found, we may report it to appropriate law enforcement agencies, cybercrime authorities or relevant child protection organizations as required by applicable law.

Karuna India aims to comply with applicable child safety, cyber safety, privacy and platform safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.
