Campaign Review

Campaigns may require KYC, supporting documents and final review before marketplace visibility. Karuna India may pause, reject or remove campaigns that are incomplete, misleading or unverifiable.

Donations and Fees

Karuna India may charge a 5% platform fee plus applicable payment gateway charges. Donation processing, receipts and payment status depend on payment gateway confirmation and platform records.

User Responsibilities

Campaigners must submit accurate details, respond to verification requests and use funds only for the stated purpose. Donors should review campaign details before contributing.
