User Agreement

By creating an account or submitting a campaign on Karuna India, you agree to provide true information, complete required verification steps and follow platform rules.

Campaign Information

You must submit genuine campaign details, valid contact information and supporting documents when requested. Misleading, duplicate or unverifiable campaigns may be rejected, paused or removed.

KYC and Review

Campaigns may require identity verification, document review, bank/payment review and final publishing approval before becoming visible to donors.

Community Support Rule

Medical campaigns may be reviewed faster after KYC and document review. Other campaigns may require the community-support step before final review and publishing approval.

Fees and Payments

Karuna India may charge a 5% platform fee plus applicable payment gateway charges. Donation and payout handling is subject to platform policy and payment gateway requirements.
